Aluminium fully glazed doors with double toughened glass
Garage doors and cars are naturally related. And our Bart just happens to have a soft spot for anything that glitters and drives. So he was more than happy to go to House of Cars.
Rolling up our sleeves
Louwers Deurtechnieken is a truly hands-on company. Gert is out on the road with the team almost every day installing industrial doors, while Bart keeps the office running smoothly — but he's not averse to picking up a cleaning cloth himself. According to the team, the canteen table is so clean you could eat off it.
Hard workers at House of Cars in Eindhoven
Bij House of Cars wordt flink gewerkt, en dat zie je terug: de grijze, gepoedercoate bedrijfsdeuren (RAL 7016, voor de kenners) hadden aardig wat stof verzameld. Maar Bart laat dat niet zomaar zitten. Handen uit de mouwen, doek erbij en poetsen maar! Fotograaf Sas Schilten stond erbij en kon het niet laten deze foto's te maken. Het resultaat mocht er zijn; glas heldere deuren op de foto.
The strength of glass
The areas where the cars are cleaned and tuned are enclosed by fully glazed industrial doors with 4 mm tempered glass, installed by us. This glass can withstand a knock or two, which is useful if a stone chips the paintwork during tuning. A minor disadvantage of tempered glass is that its insulation value is slightly lower, but because the doors are installed indoors, this is not an issue.

We had previously installed these doors at the old House of Cars location, but they were suddenly able to move into the beautiful building on Steenoven in Eindhoven. We dismantled the doors at the old location and reinstalled them at the new location. It was a very pleasant collaboration, resulting in beautiful custom work.
Proud of the result
We are proud that our craftsmanship has contributed to the luxurious, exclusive look of the workspaces. The sleek appearance of the aluminium frames perfectly matches the style of House of Cars.
