After you report the damage, one of our engineers will come to carry out an emergency repair and assess the damage. If an emergency repair is not necessary, our advisor will visit you to assess the situation and take stock of the damage.

You will receive a clear quotation with an overview of the damage, the materials that need to be replaced, the labour required, and any additional equipment that may be needed, such as a cherry picker or forklift truck. You can forward this quotation directly to your insurer. We work with various loss adjusters and insurers and will answer any questions you may have quickly and professionally, ensuring that the entire claims process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Once you have approved the quote, we will order the materials and schedule the repair for you. Our dedicated technicians will carry out the repair professionally and efficiently.
