Aluminium frame with glass panels
We supplied and installed two fully glazed garage doors at a Kwik Fit branch in Eindhoven. The aluminium frames, measuring 3.6 metres wide and 3.3 metres high, are coated on both sides with the appropriate black grey RAL 7021. The frames contain 4 mm toughened glass windows that are scratch-resistant. This sleek look adds style and character to the company's façade and blends in well with the other windows. Strong base panel
The bottom panel of the garage door, which connects to the ground, is a sandwich panel. This was specifically chosen because collision damage is common and almost always damages the bottom panel. Replacing a sandwich panel is considerably cheaper than replacing a fully glazed panel. This panel has the same RAL 7021 colour on the outside so that it blends in seamlessly with the whole. The inside of the panel is white RAL 9002 as standard. The top and bottom rubbers ensure a good seal and insulating effect.
Close after passing car
These garage doors are equipped with remote control and close automatically after a vehicle has passed through. This is done in a completely safe manner by means of infrared light strips (also known as daylight protection), underrun protection and slack cable protection. Of course, the doors can also be left open on a nice warm day.

Like all our products, these garage doors comply with all required NEN standards and European CE marking.
