Replacing five overhead doors every year
In Breda, we are facilitating a project in which we replace five overhead doors each year until all 21 doors in these storage halls have been renewed. This site was previously owned by the Dutch Railways and was purchased by a property management company that rents out these industrial buildings.
STUCCO overhead doors to replace the steel roller shutters
The grey overhead doors from the STUCCO line that we installed provide renewed safety and reliability, while maintaining the old style in the streetscape. These new overhead doors have a higher insulation value than the old steel roller shutters and, moreover, these overhead doors run almost silently, so that the environment no longer experiences noise pollution.
Replacing the old steel roller shutters will certainly increase the value of the property and ensure that it can be rented out reliably for many years to come.
